We currently offer shipping only to the United States.

Order Preparation

Upon receiving your order, we will process it within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. During order preparation, we will check stock availability, confirm customization requirements (if applicable), verify your shipping address, and ensure eligibility for our Shipping Policy. Please provide a detailed shipping address to avoid delays. Our customer service team may contact you for additional information if necessary.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by region. We work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Customs Fees and Tax

All shipments are domestic within the United States. Any applicable taxes will be included at checkout.

Compensation for Late Delivery

We strive for timely delivery and apologize for any delays. We will make reasonable efforts to address any delays.

Refusal to Receive Goods

If an order is canceled or refused after shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds cannot be issued if the return shipping cost exceeds the item’s value.

Wrong Address

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. The cost of the products will be refunded once the items are returned to Genovix.

Availability

If a product is no longer in stock after purchase, your payment will be automatically refunded, and you will be notified.

Incorrect Products

Any incorrect items must be reported within one week of receipt. Genovix will provide the correct product within 8 weeks and cover return shipping costs. If an exchange is not desired, the order will be treated as a return, and a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply.
